Special Update (for Overall Transition to new Electoral System)
A Working Proposal to transform Malaysian Electoral System was developed in April 2023 and was tabled to Parliament’s Special Select Committee on Human Rights, Elections and Institutional Reforms. Where applicable, it will supersede all relevant BERES proposals of 2012-13. The document can be accessed here:
